UK Delivery Addresses

We use a variety of carriers depending upon the size, weight and urgency of your delivery. Our delivery options will be displayed in your shopping cart and will be updated as you add more products.

Our standard service uses a 48 hour carrier, however, we offer a variety of upgraded services including next day, Saturday and Sunday delivery options which can be selected during checkout. For delivery addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas, please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.

International Delivery Addresses

Due to the complexity of international deliveries, we do not offer international delivery services through our website. To obtain a quotation, please select the products that you require from the website and checkout. During the checkout process please enter an international address for the delivery address. A member of our sales team will then be in contact to give you a quotation for delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

In the unlikely event of a damaged delivery, a photograph should be taken immediately and delivery paperwork should be marked as goods received damaged. This should then be reported to the Puretree sales office by phone immediately and confirmed in writing, with accompanying photos within 24 hours. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods at the earliest possible date.

Late Deliveries

All of our deliveries are made on a best endevours basis, and we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates. Puretree will not accept any liability if your order is delivered outside any previously agreed time or date. We will not be not responsible for any consequential losses incurred for late delivery no matter howsoever caused.

Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Puretree. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any unopened item in its original condition for a refund within 30 days from delivery.

If you need to return an item, please notify us immediately by emailing contact@puretreeworktops.com

Once we have received the item and checked it is unopened in its original condition, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods, excluding the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your returned goods, provided they have been returned within 30 days and that we have been notified of the return.

We are not responsible for goods returned but not received and therefore recommend that a tracked carrier service is used to return all items.
